Legal Counsel

A leading London based commodities brokerage firm are looking to hire Legal Counsel to join their team to work closely with all areas of the business on a range of legal & regulatory matters.

The Legal Counsel role:

• Drafting legal documents
• Providing legal advice to the board and to managers
• Dealing with industry specific documentation, such as give up agreements and terms of business
• Drafting and negotiating employment contracts as well as dealing with and advising on employment law as and when required

To be considered for this Legal Counsel role:

• A UK qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE
• Worked in a regulated financial services environment or had financial services clients whilst in private practice
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
