REGISTERED NURSE - On-Call - Flexible schedules
EVERETT, WA
Compass Health is currently looking for Registered Nurse for our Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) in Everett.
PACT services are provided by a multi-disciplinary team that includes mental health professionals, a psychiatric prescriber, nurses, a substance use disorder specialist, a vocational specialist, peer counselors, and community support specialists. The entire PACT team carries the caseload rather than an individual clinician. The majority of services are provided in the client's home or other community settings. Clients are seen several times per week, and sometimes multiple times per day, in order to promote stabilization and recovery.
What you will be performing
This position serves as the shift coordinator as assigned, and is responsible for coordinating staff activities and designates specific team members to provide the necessary services for that day. The RN maintains the philosophy, goals and objectives, which are congruent with the mission and objectives of the treatment team and the organization and consistent with all laws, regulations, rules and contracts.
