Comedor is an award winning modern Mexican restaurant in downtown Austin. The culinary program led by Chef Philip Speer and beverage program by Paul Finn.
We are looking for individuals that want to be part of a creative team and to provide a transformative experience for those that walk through our doors.
Candidates should have:
- At least 2 years of bartending experience in full-service restaurants
- Ample knowledge of craft cocktail builds
- Extensive knowledge of wine and spirits (Mezcal experience is a plus)
- Desire and openness to learn/ try new food, wine, and mezcal!
- Open availability

We welcome a culture of camaraderie as well as host Comedor Run Club Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 10am from Comedor. All are welcome to join whether you work with us or not!
Farm school is held weekly, where we grow some of our own herbs and produce, from a shared garden in East Austin.
AND! We partner with Austin FC and have our own Comedor soccer team and always looking for more players.
