About the Role We are looking for an experienced compensation leader to join our team and continue to build out the total rewards approach and team as we scale into new places. The head of Total Rewards will evolve our total rewards strategy and roadmap. This person will manage Highspot's compensation calendar, programs and investment trade-offs. This includes helping to execute a holistic and competitive total rewards strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Evolve Compensation Design (base,bonus,equity, +)
  • Oversee Benefits Strategy, design, and implementation
  • Establish and maintain compensation philosophy and strategy document (work with key stakeholders)
  • Evolve our Job Architecture and Classification
  • Maintain Salary structure and range development
  • Conduct competitive employee market analysis
  • Incentive plan cost modeling
  • Executive compensation
  • Management communication and training
  • Survey administration
  • Management of short and long term incentive programs including equity and bonus plans

Responsible for developing and maintaining pay scale structure for Highspot, assisting the payroll support team in the implementation of changes.
  • Conduct market analysis every six months and establish gap analysis and establish scenarios and recommendations.
  • Manage Equity Plan
  • Develop and administer regional compensation programs
  • Ensure that company compensation programs are reviewed regularly and compliant with policies
  • Manage and maintain a multitude of local market vendor relationships, while also reviewing potential sources of market data trends

Manage Global Benefits
  • Oversight of cross geo parity
  • Manage oversight of Compliance
  • Optimize and leverage vendor relationships

Your Background

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. compensation market practices and evolving regulatory requirements is essential
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills are required for this role
  • Ability to react and pivot in ambiguous and changing environments.
  • Deep expertise in process, incentive, compensation design, and strategy.
  • Experience driving effective change-management
  • Strong ability to define, implement, execute and optimize consistent processes across global markets and teams
  • Experience working with c-suite executives
  • Strong in communications and presentation development.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to present data in an actionable and insightful way that drives change in behavior.
