We are looking to hire FOH positions: Servers, Bartenders. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, the ability to multitask, clear and friendly communication skills, and most of all, an eagerness to learn about SHELLFISH!
Servers, Bartenders
-2-5 years of relevant work experience in an upscale and fast-paced environment.
-Flexible schedule with the ability to pick up shifts.
(Must have evening weekend day/nights availability.)
-Exemplary customer service skills.
-Ability to see the “big picture”, anticipate guest needs, and take direction.
-Knowledge of menu items with the ability to thoroughly describe ingredients and preparations of both food and beverages to guests.
-Knowledge of white and French wines (highly preferred).
-Eagerness to learn about Shellfish!
ABOUT TAYLOR SHELLFISH FARMS: Taylor Shellfish Farms is a family owned shellfish farming company that produces clams, oysters, mussels and geoduck. The company owns and operates 3 oysters bars in the Seattle area. Our bars exemplify the ‘Tide to Table’ philosophy and set a gold standard for oyster shucking presentation. Employees benefit from hands-on seasonal farm visits, proprietary training, and oyster education.
COMPENSATION: $17.27 + Commission and full benefits with average of 30 hours a week (medical, dental, vision, 401K, personal paid time off)
