The Bestow Marketing team is highly visible, working across the company to champion the voice of our customers. We are responsible for our brand as well as acquiring, growing, and retaining our customers. We develop and deliver all our customer communication including our social media, website, and advertising.

The Sr. Analyst, Affiliates will provide strategic analysis and support on partnerships and affiliates ensuring high-quality business to drive Bestow's long-term growth in bringing life insurance to millions of families.

We are open to candidates working Remotely in this role, but we have amazing offices in Austin and Dallas, TX if you desire to work in person with our team!


    • Analyze channel level performance to ensure volume, quality, and budget are on target
    • Leverage customer performance data to deeply understand traffic quality beyond the face metrics
    • Develop testing plans to analyze new payout structure performance and impact
    • Analyze performance data to build a business case for partnerships and new product features
    • Develop monitoring and controls to ensure lead quality remains strong and budget is properly allocated among partners
    • Partner with legal & compliance to get third party campaigns approved
    • Analyze strategies to drive growth via affiliate marketing programs and direct to consumer partnerships
    • Improve acquisition efficiency and maximize the contribution of our affiliates and partnerships program
    • Conduct all responsibilities in accordance with Company policies, with strong adherence to our corporate values including compliance requirements
    • Conduct strategic analysis of market and business to identify new opportunities that enable Bestow to leverage data to further differentiate our customer value proposition


    • 3+ years in marketing and/or product management with experience in the consumer-facing industry (e.g., retail, financial services, etc.)
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication; ability clearly communicate at all levels, from employees to partners to leadership
    • Bias towards action, preferring to work in a fast-paced environment with big expectations
    • Highly collaborative
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Strong business acumen and strategic problem-solving skills
    • You have a track record of taking ownership of projects and helping them succeed
    • You have solid judgment, good intuition, and reach decisions quickly
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence all levels of organizational leadership
    • 2+ years of analytics experience (SQL or more advanced analytic e.g. Python/R)
    • BA or BS, MBA, or other advanced degree equivalent preferred
