AM and PM Servers

Interested in being a part of an East Austin staple? Mi Madre's is a family-owned restaurant serving classic Tex Mex food and signature cocktails for 31 years and counting. We are currently looking for talented servers with part-time or full-time availability. Weekends are a huge plus!!  We strive to maintain a fun and positive work environment while providing flexible schedules for all of our employees. Mi Madre's has a very consistent and loyal customer base, as well as new guests everyday!! **Servers can average $18 to $25 per hour!!

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Dependability and punctuality
  
• Working with a small team of servers and kitchen staff to ensure great service throughout the restaurant.
  
• Maintaining a strong sense of urgency and hospitality at all times
  
• Having full knowledge of our food and cocktail menus, as well as daily specials.
  
• Maintaining a clean work station 
  
• Communicating with guests
