Nanny For Newborn Twins!! Need Asap!!

This is a long term position. Right now the twins are home but will be starting school in august. Looking for a full-time nanny to help my mom in law and I with two 7-month-old twins starting May 5.
My husband is deploying so this job is to help us out towards the end of the day for days I may need to stay later at work and to help pick kids up from school etc.
We do have a 2-year-old and if his school ever closes for teacher workdays or holidays, we would need help with him.
** need Reliable transportation
Duties include:
Light housekeeping
Kids laundry
We use Cloth diapers so if you aren't familiar with this you would need to be open in learning how to do this.
