Accounting Assistant Contract

A day in the role…

The position requires a proficient level in the use of Microsoft Office Suite; this team member will spend significant amount of time on Budget Management, processing Purchase Orders and expenses monitoring/consolidation.

 

• Creates and monitor expenses against Purchase Orders (PO) according with request from budget owners, serving as a bridge with external vendors and internal accounts/receivable teams.

• Coordinate, schedule, and manage key meetings, events and conferences, to include the arrangement of meetings, room reservations, meals/refreshments, logistics and travel.

• Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, secure air/ground travel and hotel accommodations. Ensure proper documents are obtained for international travel and. coordinate with overseas officers on logistical details.

• Responsible for daily office operations: Responds to general inquiries, manages incoming requests and communications, and maintains office efficiency and handles unforeseen situations.

• Manages executive’s time based on understanding of business priorities and other key variables.

• Complete ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
