Sales Training and Curriculum Manager

The Trainer plays a key role in developing our inside sales team and supporting their success at C2FO. This role is responsible for the development and delivery of training and will interact regularly with Inside sales management.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Developing training content to deliver to new and existing sales team.
  • Conducting training sessions for new and existing, inside sales.
  • Providing feedback to managers regarding new hire training performance.
  • Observing and coaching inside sales in a one-on-one setting.
  • Identifying new concepts or widespread issues and making recommendations for updates to ongoing training.
  • Identifying and documenting best practices to distribute throughout inside sales and implement into training.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in training content development and delivery and/or sales training delivery, with a strong working knowledge of the sales process and best practices
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and related terminology
  • Proven ability to train on various software programs and related processes
  • Ability to motivate others and engage with employees
  • Outstanding coaching skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • High degree of organizational skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Sales experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
