PMO Lead (100% Home Based) - National Charity

A leading UK charity are looking for an experienced PMO professional to join their newly formed project management team. This role will focus mainly on non-technical projects and is open to candidates from different industries.

This role will be fully remote so you can be based anywhere in the UK. The salary on offer is up to £32,000 plus benefits including 28 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays!) and a 35 hour week.

Working alongside the Project Director you will be responsible for:

- Business Analysis - supporting with the capturing of requirements and translating into business projects

- Overseeing projects that will be carried out by individual teams and SME's

- Ensuring standards and project methodologies are used effectively

- Collating all project information

- Maintaining a strategic view on the overall project delivery across the organisation

- Building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

- Supporting continuous improvement and transformation change

To be considered suitable you will need to have the following skills and experience:

- Good understanding of Agile and project methodologies

- Previous experience in projects including delivery and PMO

- Understanding of business analysis techniques and ability to document user journeys

- Strong stakeholder management experience and the ability to oversee a range of projects
