Location: Office based in our COVID safe Preston Brook, Runcorn site
Hours: Part time - 20-23 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Start Date: 28th February 2022
Salary: £9,880.00 (20Hrs) £11,362 (23Hrs)
Choice of 3 shift patterns below:
•\tMonday - Friday - 17:00-21:00 - 20 HRS
•\tFriday 16:00-20:00, Saturday 08:00-16:30 and Sunday 10:00-18:00 - 20HRS
•\tWednesday Thursday Friday 17:00-21:00, Saturday 08:00-14:00 Sunday
10:00-15:00 - 23HRS

Deliver premium level customer service on behalf of Capita working on our Tesco Mobile account.

Job Description:

What you'll be doing:
Supporting with inbound calls within our contact centre environment
Delivering a service which makes your customers feel valued and supported
Investigating and resolving complaints
Maintaining and updating our customer database

Confidence and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
An ability to learn new skills quickly including adopting new processes and technology
An ability to think on your feet and adapt to different situations
A good listener, who can be empathetic, show patience and adapt their behaviours to suit different customers
