Guest Services Manager

We are supporting a fantastic opportunity for a Guest Services Manager for a corporate building in London.

This key role will manage a variety of aspects of delivery including: -

* Team Management (including 2 x Receptionists, Meeting Rooms & Events

* Driving excellent, high standards of client & visitor care

* Ensuring robust processes/procedures are in place

* Managing building services

* Championing Customer Service & motivating the staff

* Ensuring timely, effective communication to the client/stakeholders

* Creating Reports / Data capture

The main ethos of the scheme is to provide excellent Guest Services & this role spearheads the drive across the teams to ensure the high standards are met.

Candidates will hold proven Guest Services Management experience within the commercial sector.
