Shaping the future of the British Army at Capita RPP (Recruiting Partnering Project)

These roles are pivotal to one of the UK's largest and most diverse recruiting operations whose aim is to deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout an inclusive recruitment process.

Since 2012, Capita have been working in partnership with the British Army to deliver best in class recruitment services. The partnership is responsible for attracting, sourcing and selecting officers and soldiers for the Army (Regular and Reserve), meeting targets for quantity, quality and candidate experience.

We are looking for a number of Administrators to join the admin team that works to support the recruitment of officers and soldiers in to the British Army. There are vacancies across a number of areas which support the Medical, Pre-employment vetting and assessment teams. By supporting these teams, you won't just be keeping our recruitment process running smoothly, you'll also be helping to build lifelong careers in the army.

What you'll be doing:
Handling customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone, fax and mail. Referring complex problems to senior staff.
Being responsible for the checking, collating and despatch of all documents relating to Basic Training.
Liaising with the Candidate and GP surgeries to ensure swift action and delivery.
Creating loading events and administrating functional skills events throughout the recruiting year
Intake management team work, vetting and loading checks.

What we're looking for:
Highly IT Literate to include Excel, Word, Outlook
Previous office experience
Well Organised and able to prioritise tasks
Good attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Passion for Customer Service with the ability to go above and beyond and take ownership of any issues.
Excellent team player
The ability to work well under pressure
