Graduate Building Surveyor - North London

An excellent opportunity for a Graduate Building surveyor to join Capita in North London.

The individual will work as part of the local government team. You will be part of a team undertaking a full range of challenging and varied work in surveying, design, contract administration and condition surveyors across North London

The post holder will be responsible for undertaking design work on AutoCAD, REVIT drawing tools and to deliver condition surveys, measured surveys, building surveys, defect analysis

Job Description:

What you'll be doing:
To draft client briefs, chair meetings and record minutes
To prepare specifications and full tender packages
To carry out Contract Administration services
To make statutory applications (planning, listed building consent and building control notices)
To support with Party Wall work (including preparing and issuing notices, drafting schedule of conditions and preparing awards)
Developing from work experience by assisting surveyors on project and professional work.
Receiving support in professional development and structured process towards MRICS or MCIOB membership.
Driven and motivated to deliver to a high standard.
Able to use own initiative to complete tasks and confident to ask for help from the team.

What we're looking for:
MRICS or CIOB or Equivalent experience
Ambitious Surveyor seeking to an opportunity to gain support in the APC process
