Service Engineer - Fire & Security – North West England

Salary £24,000 - £32,000 Basic (+ uncapped commission - £40,000+OTE)

Our client is a growing force within the Fire & Security industry. With an ever-expanding base of loyal customers to whom they offer a world class level of service, their primary focus is the prevention, detection and monitoring of fire and security risks. This is a company with ambitious growth plans, consistently striving to win new contacts and broaden their reach within the sector, -as such they are seeking similarly driven and motivated engineers to help them to realise their goals and maximize their future potential.

This is a company who truly want their engineers to succeed and be financial rewarded for their hard work and loyalty. As such, during your first 6 months with the company, they will guarantee you earnings of at least £32,000 (pro rata), ensuring you are able to settle into your new role, whilst still being adequately compensated for your work/time during this period.

With a basic salary of £24,000, the standard OTE for our engineers is in excess of £40,000, however our highest earning engineers are bringing in in excess of £90,000.

Responsibilities of this role:

· Carrying out both pre-planned and on-demand maintenance of our clients Security Fire systems / Fire protection equipment at their premises

· Responding to call outs for all types of fire and security systems

· Taking part in a call out rota

· Undertaking all the above in line our clients exacting standards, whilst delivering a consistently high level of customer service throughout.

What we are looking for:

· Experience dealing with both Fire and security systems

· Highly motivated and enthusiastic

· A passion for providing exceptional customer service

· Financially driven, with a want to succeed and be rewarded accordingly

· Full U.K Driving licence

What we offer;

· Basic salary of £24,000 (guaranteed at £32,000 for first 6 months)

· OTE of £40,000 – with uncapped earning potential far beyond this
