- Work In A Team To Ensure Best In Class Study Execution From Questionnaire Through To Data Deliverable.
- Assist With The Day-to-day Client Support On Questionnaire Design, Sampling Plan, Project Scope And Timelines.

Key Outcomes
As A Senior Associate In Program Leadership, You Will:

- Assist With The Day-to-day Client Support On Questionnaire Design And Timelines
- Work With A Team To Create Quality Study Designs Including Logic Check Sample Targets, Quotas, And Incidence
- Communicate Sample Specifications To Internal Operations And External Suppliers, And Troubleshoots Any Issues That May Arise
- Assist With Managing The Operational Account Budget, Scope Creep, And Ensure Research Studies Are Profitable
- Coordinate Internal Teams To Ensure Project Timelines & Deliverables Are Met


- Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Psychology, Economics Or Social Sciences Preferred)
- Team Player Mentality-willing To Do What It Takes To Get The Job Done And You Are Comfortable With Ambiguity
- Highly Organized With Ability To Manage Multiple Priorities And Deadline Pressures
- Excellent Verbal And Written Communication With Internal/External Clients Using Logical Reasoning And Problem-solving Skills
- Proficient Computer Skills In Microsoft Office Tools And Ability To Master Other Business Tools E.G., Spss, Sas, Survey Reporter)
- The Ability To Build And Maintain Internal And External Relationships
- Impeccable Attention To Detail, Organized, And With A Drive For Accuracy And Timeliness
- Excellent Verbal And Written Communication With Internal/External Clients Using Logical Reasoning And Problem-solving Skills
