Salary: circa £55,000 Basic salary plus commission and extensive benefits

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a global manufacturer of power solutions and this opportunity is in the IT infrastructure arm of their business, they provide power related solutions to the Data Centre market. The Role

The role is focused on managing the telephone based sales professionals within the business, these professionals are largely home based professionals, and your role is to create and shape this function, driving forward and providing excellent results. These professionals are experienced new business hunters and solution sales professionals, they are not order takers and sales admin. Your role will be home based with frequent visits to the local HQ in Berkshire

The Candidate

We are looking for an experienced Telesales Manager or leader of an internal sales function, you will be IT literate and adept at using CRM systems and managing telephone based sales professionals, you will be analytical and used to assessing accounts and setting objectives for growth. You will have been primarily involved in selling products and preferably have a better than average grasp of technology. If you have experience of the IT sector, It infrastructure or IT Hardware such as servers, and storage or UPS systems, or have experience of technology sales via the IT reseller channel then we would love to hear from you
