Sales Support Administrator

A highly rewarding opportunity available within the sales department assisting with all aspects of the business’s sales administration. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, able to organise themselves, have a high level of attention to detail and good organisational skills. The position will allow the individual to gain a broad experience of all other aspects of operations within the company.


• Providing administration support to our sales team

• Compiling sales design proposals

• Answering sales based telephone calls

• Using and utilising SaaS management software "simPRO"

• Sales order processing • Quoting service and support packages

• Checking and responding to emails and supporting the sales team

• Customer management and providing reliable quality support to our customers


• Excellent verbal communication skills

• A positive, proactive and customer focused attitude

• Work closely with the sales and wider administration team

• An ability to manage and prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment

• A logical approach to your work

• Confidence in working with a variety of internal systems and willingness to learn new systems

• Operate with independence and integrity

• Being able to use your own initiative when completing day to day tasks

• Good spoken & written English

• Excellent time management skills enabling to meet all set deadlines

• To relish a challenge and enjoy taking control and enjoy organising all communication and works to ensure fantastic customer service is delivered

• Comfortable using all Microsoft Office programs.
