Stock Condition Surveyors required - Training Provided – Nationwide locations

Experience/Knowledge required:

* Degree in Building Surveying beneficial but not essential; Professional Background within property/real estate also considered

* Previous hands-on experience within a housing or real estate background

* Understanding of Age repairs and life expectancy of key building components

* IT Proficient – Use of a tablet device

* Ability to adapt and willingness to learn new skillsets

* Can do, resilient attitude

The opportunity has arisen for motivated individuals who are looking to broaden their skillset, to be trained in carrying out Stock Condition Survey reports, with a view to support one of our property consultancy clients across residential projects nationwide.

This role is suitable to workers from a housing or real estate background looking to broaden their skillset and gain relevant training surrounding Stock Condition reports across residential properties.

Successful candidates will receive full training with accommodation and expenses paid for training weeks, followed by on site report writing. Immediate commitment to the programme of works will be requried following the training as the client will be investing a lot of resources into it.

Candidates will be carrying out reports with the use of a tablet device rating properties from fair to poor condition.

Candidates must be prepared to travel Nationwide as and when required, with occasional overnight stays to support the overall programme of works
