At Randstad Care we are actively looking for a mental health practitioner to support with the Woodlands, Fylde Community Mental Health Team.The main duties of the role will be to carry out initial assessments of patient mental health and social needs. To care co-ordinate a caseload of patients with severe and enduring mental health illness. To offer treatment/support in line with pathways or care. To partake in a duty rota.

This role would be to work within the Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Trust and your usual working hours would be 9-5pm Monday-Friday excluding Bank Holidays as a block booking so 37.5 hours. The pay rates can be negotiated dependant on experience but is upwards of £26ph

To be successful in this role you must have:

- Valid NMC PIN

- Experience in NHS mental Health team

- Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification
