Administrator (Temporary)

Our client in Rhymney, are urgently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their busy Purchasing department immediately on an on-going Temporary basis.

We are ideally looking for candidates with experience in Purchasing / Buying, although our client will consider strong administration candidates from a range of backgrounds.

This is an excellent opportunity for an immediate start candidate, who is looking for a busy role within a very large company. Although it is a temporary role initially, there are lots of opportunities within the company for more permanent roles.

This role is based in Rhymney, so candidates must be able to get to this office daily, ideally with their own transport (although train links are available on certain routes).

The role will be working within a busy team and offer a positive proactive approach to suppliers and administration and will include the following:

Dealing with preferred suppliers over the phone and via email.
Effectively supporting research with supplier management.
Reviewing of supplier and contract tender documentation.
Adding new supplier information to the internal CRM system.
Analysis of supplier cost and reduction suggestions.
Ensure that all terms and conditions of purchase are used in all contracts for suppliers.
Ensure all legal documentation is updated and stored accurately on the CRM.Experience & Skills:

We are ideally looking for buying or purchasing experience, although strong administration skills would be considered.
Negotiation and analytical skills.
ERP / CRM experience is desirable.
Car driver is preferred due to location.Hourly Rate: £10.25 per hour.

The company offers a fantastic working environment, within a fast paced but supportive team. Although this is a Temporary position initially, there is a possibility that this role could be offered on a longer term basis for the right candidate
