Microsoft Azure Learning Specialist

I am working with one of the UK's leading education management consultancy as they expand their training delivery team through the addition of a couple of Azure Learning Specialists.

My client are delivering training around Microsoft Azure and associated topics surrounding the cloud service. They require someone who has a strong technical background with Azure from a development perspective but who wants to impart their knowledge to others to maximise the total use of Azure. You'll be a subject matter expert around Azure which will include discussing and delivering on topics such as the design, build, testing, and maintenance of cloud applications and services on Microsoft Azure. Programming in a language supporting by Azure will make your profile a highly desireable option for my client as this will ensure your aware of not only front end but the back end of the system as well.

Coming from a more hands on technical background into a learning specialist role does mean you need to be able to amend the technical content into accessible and easily digestable pieces of learning, whether that be bite-sized or in a video or a different delivery method. Confidence in standing in front of a classroom will also be needed to deliver the training effectively to the learners, though there is more of an emphasis now on delivering remotely, there are some clients who prefer the training to be delivered face to face. The split is thought to be around 80/20, 80 being home based and the 20 being on-site, you can be based anywhere in the country as long as you have the flexibility to go to London when required or one of the many other learning centre's across the UK.

You'll have not only a strong brand behind you but a team of expert content creaters, developer's and consultants to ensure the learning programme's are thought leading, creative, engaging but importantly relevant to the current requirements of Azure. If you have never trained before my client can support you through an accredited course to deliver training but the knowledge of Azure and it's technicalities needs to be there from the get go.
