Competitive remunerations package on offer for a Personal Injury Paralegal within a leading law firm in South Yorkshire.

Joining the firms fast track team, the successful paralegal will utilise their knowledge and experience of personal injury to manage a high-volume caseload of fast-track claims from instruction to settlement. Additionally, you will maintain the firms excellence for client care and service at all times. This position is offered on a hybrid working basis.

Evaluating cases to make decisions
Road traffic accidents
Employers and public liability cases
Use of MOJ Portal
Reviewing medical evidence
Making assessments on quantum
Negotiating settlements
Liaising with clients and external professionals
The Candidate

Paralegals with at least 3 years’ experience in personal injury matters
Experience valuing personal injury claims will be essential
Possesses exceptional communication and client care skills
IT literate with particular expertise using Microsoft Word and case management systems
Highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strives for high standards in their work
