You will be self sufficient, comfortable working remotely. You will be 100% focussed on driving revenue. You will be not be limited to a specific territory so you can utilise your existing network to secure business - the maker of your own destiny .....and commercial reward.
If you are successful in joining the team as a Business Development Manager, you’ll have the finger in the pulse of your market, be a born networker & strive to overachieve your sales targets every day!
You will possess strong negotiation skills to build important long-lasting relationships and close deals while always looking for that next lead.
What you’ll need;
Business Development - As sales is the name of the game, you should have a background in sales where you’ve exceeded your targets consistently. You’ll continually assess your market and pro-actively hunt for new business every day!
Leadership – You won’t be leading a team as a business development manager but you will have to work closely with the teams to deliver the best service to our customers.
Tech - You will need to have a good command of basic IT packages such as MS Office
