IT Support Analyst - 1st/2nd Line

Role - Contract IT Analyst (1st/2nd Line)

Day Rate - £200 - £225 p/d Outside IR35

Location - Leeds

Role: IT Support Analyst -1st/2nd Line

Duration: 6 month contract

Rate: £200-£220 / day - Outside IR35

Based: Leeds, West Yorkshire

The Role:

My client is looking for a IT Support Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd line support for their business users and clients on. The role will require onsite support based out of the Head of Office in Leeds.

You will be provide IT support across web applications, desktop and mobile computing, print and telephony services.

Experience and Skills:

· Provide outstanding customer service, investigate and solve complex problems to real and hidden causes
· Work with other departments to identify any process improvements to improve standards, efficiency and profitability
· Implement local and global IT policies
· Maintain accurate asset and software license compliance in line with IT policies
· Produce and maintain high quality documentation relating to IT services
· Support remote offices and home workers with remote management tools essential


· Microsoft Azure Directory
· Office365
· MS Windows OS deployment
· Mobile device management (MDM) tools specifically for IOS and Android
· ITIL v3 or higher preferred
· Intermediate Excel (desirable)
