Insurance Advisor


Are you someone who can demonstrate the ability to work remotely in a productive manner?

If so then you could be perfect for my client. They're looking to recruit a brilliant Insurance Sales Advisor for their business.


The Role:

In the Insurance Sales Advisor role you'll report to the Sales Director and will be primarily responsible for following up warm inbound leads, taking perspective clients through a sales process finding the best product for their need and converting the lead to a successful outcome.

Specifically you'll be tasked with liaising with interested perspective clients and hitting realistic and achievable monthly sales targets.

This is a home-based position. The details around how this will work will be discussed at interview.


The Candidate:

To be considered for the Insurance Sales Advisor role you will need to demonstrate the ability to work remotely in a productive manner.

It's important that you also have the following:

Pervious sales experience gained in the Insurance sector (specialism not important)
The ability to manage your time and consistently hit your targets
The personal attributes to close warm and engaged inbound leads (there is an abundance of leads plenty to get stuck into

The Package:

The basic salary for the Insurance Sales Advisor role is up to £25,000 per annum. You can also earn overtime in this role.

In addition, you can earn a personal performance bonus of up to £30-40,000 per annum should you hit your personal targets (that's the average, commission is totally uncapped).
