HR & Benefits Specialist
With multiple sites in the UK, our client is part of a rapidly growing business supplying high quality products to the UK's leading retailers.
* Monitor effective processes and controls ensuring smooth running of the Company’s various pension schemes
* Maintain a good working knowledge of company systems and processes
* Support the development and enhancement of all compensation terms, policies and plan/scheme designs to ensure they are market aligned
* Support and facilitate all key internal stakeholders
* Foster effective employee engagement and communication across the business
* Ideally you will have gained experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment (however other sectors will be considered)
* Experience in developing and reviewing Benefit/Reward schemes.
* The ideal candidate will be able to deliver change and have a strong enough character to be able to influence at senior management level
