Sales Development Executive

Due to continued growth, our client has a permanent vacancy for a Sales Development Representative.As part of a new team, you will be hybrid working, with a maximum of 2 days per week in the office.The main purpose of the role is to create meaningful and engaging conversations with potential clients.
As this is a remote working role applications from across the UK will be considered.
The Role
* To act as primary contact and the face of the business, connecting with target persona’s (HR leaders and C Suite) to understand their business, people challenges and key objectives in order to start a conversation as to how the business can potentially support them on their mission.
* To develop high quality, sales qualified opportunities to build the sales pipeline.
The Detail
* 100% new business outbound generation.
* Achieving quarterly Metrics / KPIs / targets on new business opportunities created.
* Using forward-thinking and innovative ways to approach new clients.
* Calling, emailing, social selling and creating bespoke videos to wow prospects.
* Prospecting into multiple stakeholders including C-Level Executives.
* Desire to build a strong professional social presence and nurture relationships online.
* Attend / join networking events / channels to drive business development.
* Build strong internal working relationships for learning and collaboration.
* Working with Leaders / BDMs / Product / Marketing to support buyer journey.
* Ensuring quality and consistency in calls, outreach, CRM + tech stack maintenance.

* Exceptional verbal and written communication
* Ability to challenge the customers' way of thinking

* Proven track record of deliverables against KPIs
* Strong pipeline management / nurturing mindset + work ethic
* Experience of B2B sales essential | SaaS or subscription product (desired, not essential)
* Proficient user of Salesforce, Hubspot and/or Sales Nav
* Bigger picture mindset
* An understanding of the SME buyer
* High levels of attention to detail
