ROLE: Support Engineer | Support Analyst | Server Support Engineer
SALARY AND PACKAGE: Up to GBP25,000, 25 days annual holiday, pension, private healthcare contributions and free parking, home working, training budget and flexible working!
Support Engineer | Support Analyst | Server Support Engineer responsibilities:
-Maintaining numerous installations across the business
-Becoming a subject matter expert of the installation process
-Becoming the first point of contact for any issues raised by installations
-Running test database scripts for each release
-Documenting installation processes and updating this over time
