Reward Manager

KM4HR are working with a leading retail business to recruit a Reward Manager. The role is to liaise with clients and internal partners to understand requirements, be responsible for all Compensation, Reward and Benefits services, along with implementing and ensuring best practice.
The role
Proactively liaise with clients and internal partners to gain a clear understanding of client requirements and the terms for services to be provided.
Responsible for all Compensation, Reward and Benefits services, implementing and ensuring best practice.
Support internal departments with advisory advice on HR and Compensation and Benefits to include Sales, Business Development, Client Services and Lead Advisors.
Seek appropriate advice and assistance through internal/external resources or network of external partners in order that services are managed to maximum effect with no unexpected invoices.
Where possible resolve issues or ensure they are escalated and highlighted as early as possible and managed to a positive outcome.
Keep abreast of developments in International Employment Law and HR Best Practices that may impact clients within the Compensation and Benefits arena.
Your background
Demonstrable senior line management experience and experience of providing Client Advisory Services in and/or with an International Operation.
Ideally experience in Reward in a retail business.
Experience in advising Clients on International compensation and Benefits, Employment Law and HR-related issues.
Excellent communication skills
Able to think strategically and commercially, understanding the larger business picture
What's on offer
The role is a permanent role and will pay up to £50,000 - £55,000.
This is also a hybrid working role, where you’d be in the office for 2 days and the rest working from home with flexibility.
