Customer Service Executive

Customer Service Executive, Milton Keynes - £24,000 OTE £28,000
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service professional to join a well-established commercial dealership based in Toddington. You will be working as part of a team delivering a first class, professional customer service ensuring that where possible customer enquiries, payments and complaints are resolved at the first point of contact. In return you will receive the following:
Benefits: Salary £24,000, quarterly bonus scheme, 30 days holiday including bank holidays, pension scheme, death in service, certified customer service training.
Hours are Monday to Friday between 8:00am-6:00pm flexible to suit, every other Saturday - 8am-12pm.
As the Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for:
• Greeting customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner
• Checking in vehicles, including entering customer and vehicle information on internal software
• Creating quotations for customer on repairs and works, ensuring the customer is happy
• Arranging vehicle pick up date, time method and location with the customer
• Monitoring repair and works status, keeping the customer up to date
• Explaining and handing over the repair and work details to the workshop team
• Performing visual inspections of vehicles before and after any works conducted
• To undertake general administrative duties to ensure the smooth flow of work within the Customer Service and Workshop teams
As the Customer Service Executive, you will have the following:
• Experience in the automotive sector desirable
• Experience in a customer contact and customer support position
• General IT Skills including Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment
