to £70,000 + 4% flex (can be taken as cash), pension (to 15%), bonus (to 30%),
An opportunity to join a Customer&Marketing Analytics team which support over £100m per annum in commercial value for this retail bank.

You’ll be joining a team that operates at Board and strategic level to encourage positive change for customers. You'll also work directly with the customer product channel and experience teams to optimise service or new product development activity.

You’ll work on a portfolio of projects centred around understanding and optimising the performance of media and marketing activity with a primary focus on above-the-line (broadcast) channels.

You’ll need to work with a variety of data sources such as media consumption data, new product opening / application data and brand perception data. Using well-developed analytical skills, you'll manipulate multiple (and sometimes conflicting) data sets to arrive at practical recommendations based on your work.

A key element to the role is you taking your analysis and its significant insight to the next level - producing reports and packs that help our leadership team, and wider businesses make better decisions. The ability to translate sophisticated concepts and analyses into accessible and straightforward recommendations and then delivering those recommendations in the way that is suited to specific audiences and partner groups will be another factor critical to your success.

Candidate Profile
· Experience in applying market mix modelling (MMM) and/or time-series econometric modelling to provide significant insights on the performance of marketing activity in a real-world business environment
· Proficient in a wide range of analytical tools and programming languages such as R, Python, SQL and Excel
· Meticulous in your attention to detail and have a passion for data and analytics
· A strong grounding in a range of different statistical modelling techniques and an ability to look across multiple data sources to help uncover the insight we need to drive our business forward
