Backend Software Engineer London to £85k
Backend Software Engineer / Developer (C# .Net Core microservices) *Remote Interview WFH*. Are you a data savvy Backend Software Engineer seeking a role where you can work on complex and challenging systems?
You could be joining a specialist Hedge Fund to deliver a long term strategic project to re-engineer the data analytics platform using modern technologies such as .Net Core, Azure, microservices and distributed systems engineering.
As a Backend Software Engineer you will work across internal trading, data, pricing and risk systems as they move from a monolith architecture to SOA / microservices; create tools for Analysts and create applications for data cleansing and analysis. Theres Greenfield projects to get involved with youll be continually learning and progressing your career.
Driven by technology the company can offer a remote interview / onboarding process and work from home during the current social distancing measures with flexibility going forward; in time youll join colleagues in the North London office two days a week, with the other three work from home; youll be working with a small group of accomplished software / data engineers and finance entrepreneurs.
Requirements:
C# .Net development skills including .Net Core
Good working knowledge and experience with microservices, distributed systems engineering, Cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred but AWS or Azure also fine)
Good understanding of SQL / NoSQL
Degree educated in Computer Science or closely related discipline; 2.1 or above from a top tier university
