JOB TITLE: Accounts&Office Assistant
JOB TYPE: Full-time, Permanent
SALARY: £25,000 per annum
HOURS: Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.30pm
LOCATION: Brixton - Officed base role. (Remote working available in the event of the government enforcing a lockdown)
Duties involved:
Managing accounts
Financial reporting and planning
Accounting paperwork and filing
Processing accounts, reconciling invoices, chasing outstanding payments, managing office purchases and petty cash
Support the Production Manager and Sales Manager with quote creation
Liaise with the external accountant
Support other areas of the business including; production, sales and logistics
Contribute towards the business operation and office running smoothly
Provide support to the Sales Manager, Production Manager&Company Founder
Organise shipping routes and logistics, both incoming and outbound
Invoice management for shipments business-wide
Research and implement solutions
