Interested? Then read on Tell me more about the role You will be primarily responsible for coordinating all activities related to the smooth running of the Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC). You'll report to the Director of Nursing and will be tasked with the following: Effectively leading and managing the multi-agency centre and services Developing a strategic vision for the service, ensuring changes meet internal and external expectations and meet budgetary constraints Providing a service which supports clients through the complexities of the criminal justice process and facilitates access to other healthcare services What experience do I need? My client wants someone who's got a background in supporting vulnerable people within a clinical setting, such as a Nurse or Paramedic. They'll also need you to have experience of manging people to perform well, through team working, leadership, mentoring and supervision. In addition, you'll need a nursing qualification and current NMC registration or a Paramedic qualification with current HCPC registration. We need you to be confident and an articulate communicator with ability to build strong relationships with all relevant bodies and be independent, self-motivated and able to work with minimal direct supervision. This SARC Manager position offers an attractive basic salary of up to £46,000 per annum.
