Job Purpose: The role will involve reviewing and managing placement of the subcontracts for ISG's four service lines; Fit Out, Technology, Construction and Engineering. Key Deliverables: Contract Administration Ensuring that the ISG subcontract order playbook is followed by the businesses. Reviewing permission to proceed forms, subcontract orders, subcontract documentation etc to ensure correct assembly and compliance with ISG governance. Liaising with the commercial teams on a day to day basis to ensure subcontracts are completed correctly and processed in a timely manner. Become proficient in the use of Adobe Sign and advise commercial teams on its use. Training Providing training to the commercial teams on how the subcontract process works and how subcontracts should be produced. Training Commercial Managers in use of relevant specialist software including Adobe Sign. Reporting Monthly reporting on non-conformance, training, areas for improvement, volume and timings. Experience 5 years' experience within Construction industry Quantity Surveyor or Legal qualification Experience with JCT and NEC suites would be highly advantageous.
