Business Development Executive Hybrid- part office & home based Bromsgrove £28,000 -£33,000 Basic no bonus salary negotiable Our client is a leading software firm and have been trading for over 30 years in the software. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and expanding company as we enter a period of growth. Job Role Set accounts will be given and you will be responsible for building your own accounts and managing the customer relationship with you as their key contact. The role will involve making outgoing calls, as well as taking in-bound calls from business customers. Key Tasks: Making outbound calls from your own accounts selling full range of software products . Youll be using excellent questioning and consultative selling skills to better understand the customer requirements and provide them with suitable products and up-selling. Provide excellent customer service Brand management and development Building and maintaining lasting relationships with customers, vendors and distribution partners. Achieve Monthly Profit Targets. Skills, Knowledge and Experience Minimum of 3 years telephone sales experience gained within the Technology or IT Industry. Own transport Good Understanding of IT Products & Services. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience of creating new business and developing customer accounts.
