Temporary Call Centre Agent

Call Centre Agent We are looking for Call Centre Agents to join us. This role would involve assisting an important Government Department, providing an essential service during this difficult period. You will need to be well spoken, caring, and comfortable dealing with people in a respectful manner. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are in need of temporary work, with potential for longer term opportunities also. THE ROLE Making outbound calls Logging details, and escalating issues where necessary Providing an essential service to people across the UK Successful candidates will be classed as key workers, and we will be able to supply a letter if needed ABOUT YOU You need to be comfortable speaking to a variety of people, including those who are vulnerable Able to deal with confidential and sensitive information You will need to be hard working & punctual HOURS Shifts are 40 hours per week 7:45AM-8PM Mon-Sun and would be done on a rota basis. PAY & LOCATION Hourly rates start at £9.50 - 18 & over Free onsite parking is available, and our offices are based near the city centre of Sheffield with excellent transport links Training is 3 days on site then you work from home. You must be within a 45min commuting distance as you may be required to return to the office for training.
