Contracts Administrator

The Opportunity This position is a 6-month fixed term contract where the purpose of the position is to provide the customer with a point of contact and processing point for the majority of sales orders received. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be part of a large team dedicated to providing and continued excellent customer service to our customers. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers, work through procedures dealing with their requirements effectively and efficiently, whilst liaising with other departments. This is a key and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. This role would suit someone will excellent levels of customer service, who is able to work quickly and accurately, with a high attention to detail. Experience Requirements: Experience of building lasting relationships with customers. Have previously worked in a similar position. Have experience of working in a customer focused environment.
