Head of Customer Retention - London - Salary £75,000-£85,000 - Hybrid working- 2 days in office (Post government WFH guidelines) Marketing / CRM / E-Commerce / International / Subscriptions Our client is a rapidly expanding eCommerce company who are recruiting for an experienced and highly motivated Head of Customer Retention to provide strategic leadership and execution capabilities. The Head of Customer Retention will help our client communicate effectively with their clientele and maximize the potential of their customer database. The Head of Customer Retention will help to define, implement and manage customer retention and CRM strategy across our clients international markets, to drive repeat purchases and grow returning revenue. You will: Define, develop and implement a CRM and customer retention strategy in order to increase customer lifetime value (LTV) Increase customer reach and interactions with new communication channels (direct mail, box literature, SMS, web messages) Develop, manage and optimise email marketing activities for all markets. Expand programmes across the entire lifecycle, leveraging data, segmentation and personalisation Take ownership of the loyalty and retention offering (subscription) Experience Required: CRM experience in international ecommerce environments Strong experience in email marketing and ESP management Proven success in delivering growth via CRM Experience of subscription / loyalty offerings Experience working with senior management and other stakeholders Marketing / CRM / E-Commerce / International / Subscriptions
