PA to the Sales Director

TSR are currently recruiting on behalf of a 5 star new build housing developer for a Personal Assistant to the Sales Director in Rugby. To provide a full range of administrative support and office coordination responsibilities to the Sales Director, Sales Managers and Sales Team. Diary management Screen and route calls to the appropriate department/person Typing letters, memos, reports and minutes Preparation of weekly and monthly reports Maintain local holiday and absence records in conjunction with HR Create and submit expense reports in a timely manner Raise purchase orders and reconcile invoices as required Schedule meetings and calls Establish strong working relationships with other PAs and Administrators Assist in arranging Sales events Maintain office supplies Book travel arrangements and organise itineraries General document management filing, faxing, scanning, printing etc Provide cover to different departments as needed Ad-hoc administrative projects as required Inputting into COINS (Construction Industry Software System) About you Excelling IT skills (particularly excel) Relevant experience as a Secretary or PA with in new build housing Proven ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment Reliable, personable with a professional attitude Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done Effective communicator, verbal and written Highly organises Applications If you feel that you have the relevant experience to be successful in this position and would like to find out more please apply online today attaching a copy of your current CV.
