Sales Manager

Sales Management role for someone with management experience or looking to step up Realistic OTE of £85k Market leading payments company in growth mode Fantastic reputation in the market Opportunity to work with, coach and develop an already strong performing team THE ROLE : As the Sales Manager, you will be primarily focused to manage a team of 6 BDM's who are targeted in acquiring new business across the South West, M4 & M3 corridor across to Sussex. Your team is responsible for selling mobile payment solutions and EPOS systems into any business that wants to accept card payments. Each BDM makes up to 5 visits a day primarily dealing with Business Owners and MD's. To start out with the role will be 50% selling and 50% managing but will become more management heavy as your team grows to the full headcount of 10. Once your team is at full head count the role will become 100% management. THE PERSON: To succeed in this role, you will have a high degree of tenacity, strong closing skills and the ability to adapt your style to your audience. What you have sold previously isn't important you could have come from either a B2B or B2C background but you will need to be able to demonstrate a track-record of exceeding sales targets.
