IT Support Technician

Onsite Position

We are actively looking for a IT Support Technician for a great non-profit company here in Bakersfield, CA. This company will give you the opportunity to help promote social change and act as their onsite IT support individual.

IT Support Technician Responsibilities:

  • Respond and resolve end user ticket requests
  • Troubleshooting and password resets
  • Install, diagnose, repair, replace, and maintain IT software and hardware
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Create, set-up, and maintain user accounts

To succeed as the IT Support Technician, you should have:

  • 2+ years of IT support experience required
  • Associates degree in related field preferred
  • Certifications are a plus
  • Experience with: Windows server, Active Directory, O365, and Exchange
  • Great customer service, written and oral communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
