The Registration specialist is responsible for ensuring that the data integrity service standards are met through appropriate training, monitoring of processes, identifying process improvement and serving as a consultant to management as necessary. Leads the registration patient experience initiative throughout BOS #59; provides service excellence support to all BOS PFR‘s. Provides regular updates to BOS leadership team to ensure consistency among all teams. Maintains a positive and employee-focused, problem-solving attitude. Oversees and/or coordinates training sessions as needed for all patient representatives in adherence with both service standards as well as Data Integrity department standards. Extensive travel between BOS sites as well as the ability to work alternate days and hours will be necessary to perform job functions.

Degrees: Associates Additional Qualifications: Excellent customer service and interpersonal verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment. Must demonstrate critical thinking and multi-tasking with an emphasis in problem resolution. Must be able to influence motivate while bringing out the best in others. Knowledge of healthcare regulatory guidelines to include but not limited to HIPPA, AHCA, etc. Experience in Microsoft Office products. Medical terminology knowledge preferred. Proficiency in registration systems. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Minimum Required Experience: 2
