Our client is seeking a Training Manager to support the Hudson, New Hampshire manufacturing SiC site. This is a hands-on interfacing position that will lead the effort in administering and creating the local training curriculum both for new hires and current employees. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new training curriculum and onboarding modules
  • Coordinate and facilitate both training modules and new hire orientation
  • Assess training effectiveness 
  • Local owner of Learning Management System (LMS) 
  • Partner with Trainer/Curriculum Developer and other Subject Matter Expert (SME’s)

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience 
  • 3 – 5+ years of training experience
  • Ability to work part of each day in a cleanroom environment, where the wearing of a lightweight bunny suit,  boots, and safety glasses are required.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills: PowerPoint
