REMOTE Description: Our client is currently seeking a CRIS Integration Solution Engineer/Architect to join their team on a 100% REMOTE and C2H basis!
In this role, you will partner with Integration Engagement Managers and be responsible for understanding the business and technical requirements of the engagement. You will translate the business and technical requirements into solutions and level-of-effort estimates for implementing those solutions. You will be in a consultative role with the Business and Application/DevOps teams, anticipating their needs and applying the benefit of previous experience and expertise to the engagement. This position will lead the overall technical solution from definition to start of implementation while collaborating with other team members and departments to support solutioning, provide estimates, and build Statements of Work.Primary Responsibilities:
? Lead technologist for program, responsible for the technical success of each business partner integration program? Provide thoughtful and innovative solutions to complex technical problems? Consider options, design, estimate and communicate solutions and recommendations that meet customer needs and are in alignment with business and IT goals / objectives? Provide input on RFPs/RFIs/SOWs and produce documentation such as high-level architecture diagrams to support recommended solutions? Provide reliable and trusted points of view of relatable customer integrations. For example, how other customers with similar needs have succeeded in their integrations? Maintain technical knowledge of current and emerging technologies/products/trends related to security and architectural solutions? Work effectively in a diverse organization spread across multiple locationsIDEAL BACKGROUND:
Broad IT experience, strong in merging two business IT solutions into one.
Networking will have a strong emphasis, but an overall Solutions Engineer (Macro) mindset would be a great asset! The role encompasses many technical platforms and being able to leverage experience/expertise across a variety of technical solutions will be extremely beneficial!

? B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent? 5+ years of leadership and IT business integration architecture experience in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment? Broad IT background with knowledge in various technologies, hosting platforms and concepts/methodologies (Examples, general understanding)o Technologies? Compute, Storage, Networking, Load Balancing, Firewalls, Backups, Disaster Recovery, Monitoring, Edge Security, User Productivity Integration, Desktop technologies, Application Hosting, Call Centers and M365o Concepts/Methodologies? CI/CD, DevOps, Agile Methodologies, Multi-Tier Architecture? Familiar with various security/regulatory processes including standards & issues involved in multi-tier cloud or hybrid applications? Ability to discuss cloud architecture and principles of modern platforms including SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, multi-tiered infrastructure, etc.? Emphasis on having a hands-on approach, take charge mentality and being able to troubleshoot complex technical issues? Highly motivated with proven success meeting commitments in a deadline-driven environment with multiple competing priorities? Demonstrated ability to influence opinion without direct managerial control? Possess a strategic and critical thinking mindset while maintaining a Customer focused perspective? ? 3+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales, consulting, or systems integrator role engaging with large high-tech organizations? 3+ years of previous M&A integration experience? Experience in identifying and cultivating business strategies, drivers and value principles as they apply to enterprise business transformation objectives? Proven ability of developing relationships across technical, management, and executive levels?
