Billing/Commission Specialist

Position description:

As a Billing/Commission Specialist you will be responsible for processing periodic billing runs, entering and maintaining billing records and reviewing preliminary billings as well as for the calculations of commissions payable to sales representatives. You will be required to meet strict deadlines, maintain accurate billing records, learn and apply commission plans, calculate commissions earned and maintain records. You will have interaction with sales representatives, management and accounting specialists. You will be asked to research and resolve various issues as they come up regarding both, billing and commissions.

This position is challenging; but there are repetitive tasks such as general clerical duties and data entry that are involved as well. The department is looking for someone that enjoys working with numbers, has a great attention to detail, enjoys working in a team-work environment and is dedicated to their work.
