This role is a blend of technical and tactical responsibilities to align client requirements with our capabilities, configure and integrate our software solution through SDLC, and help drive customer success within our CPG/FMCG clients.

KEY OUTCOMES

- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define, configure, and deploy our XTEL SaaS
- Understand requirements and best practices to provide technical solution delivery, documentation, and support
- Help drive customer adoption and success through training, change management, and incident resolution
- Evolve best practices and contribute towards product enhancement

CAPABILITIES

- Expertise in defining customer requirements, effort assessments, and technical implementations
- Experience translating technical and product concepts to non-technical audiences
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET, C#, Silverlight, HTML5 / JavaScript, SQL
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field experience
- 3+ years background in CPG preferred; experience supporting a Trade Promotion Management (TPM) software solution; TPM tool implementation experience is a significant asset
- Minimal domestic travel depending on client need; occasional international travel for training
