  • Oversees the planning, delivery, and evaluation of training for community leadership and above.
  • Proofreads and edits training content to ensure consistency of language and style as well as correct application of established templates.
  • Oversees the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure it is properly used to track all learning and development activities within the organization.
  • Runs reports in LMS to ensure compliance across the organization and provides meaningful data to stakeholders.
  • Responds to employee inquiries/requests in shared LMS inbox and provides excellent customer service.
  • Maintains and updates e-learning content including courses, webinars, and presentations.
  • Manages the Onboarding experience for Regional and Above leaders within the organization.
  • Assists with special LLD projects by drafting communication, coordinating events, gathering data.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Very detail-oriented and able to simultaneously lead multiple projects to completion.
  • Basic knowledge of and experience with learning-based document design and development principles and processes.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe software (Acrobat Pro, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).
  • Basic knowledge of Tableau or other data analysis software.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point).
  • The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, and work overtime as needed.
  • The ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in human resources, education, journalism, English or a learning-related field desired.
  • Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills and is a well-organized team player.
  • Previous experience with Learning Management System management.
  • Desire and flexibility to assume roles of individual contributor, team player and leader simultaneously as the organization and the department evolves.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the senior and assisted living industry.
